All items are completely handmade by me. Please expect natural variations and a hand crafted feel. 

Kiln firing is a very energy-intensive process. The solar panels on my studio generate more power than I consume, and all of my work - including my kiln firing - is carbon neutral.

About Clay

All functional pottery is finished with food safe glaze. On occasion I leave a surface unglazed, and that surface is not considered food safe. 

Pottery may be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is gentler, and will help promote a long life and structural integrity for your pots. 

I do not necessarily make my pieces to be the same size. If matching size is important to you and you would like help selecting a matching set of tumblers or planters, feel free to contact me.

About Metal

All components of the jewelry I sell are handmade by me including findings when possible. Posts on stud earrings are made with sterling silver. Gold tone hooks are usually brass unless otherwise indicated. Glass beads are not made by me, and I do not do lapidary work. Techniques I employ include etching, fabrication/ soldering, and casting.
